A wolf (not the one from Mercantour, the one that we put on the face on the evenings of chic masked balls…), a mouth that sends a heart, stars shooting everywhere, a playful neon stick, lightning, a banana , a lipstick grape. There is yellow, pink, blue, green, red.
It all sparkles.
A real visual soda is this poster for Carnival 2024, unveiled by the City of Nice to announce the upcoming reign of the “King of pop culture”. This ephemeral monarch who will reign over the Riviera capital, from February 17 to March 3, 2024. Pop popping like popcorn…
While waiting to be supplanted (temporarily of course) by the giant sovereign who is preparing, as well as all the floats and big heads, in the carnival workshops of the Spada and Richelmi workshops, the mayor of Nice rejoices: “The unveiling of the Carnival poster is a moment awaited by everyone. It marks the start of the festivities of this great popular event. With my event assistant, Graig Monetti, we wanted, for this edition dedicated to pop culture, that the poster is a nod to the artistic references linked to this theme and to our imagination. With its bright colors and symbols, it calls for an immersive journey within the festive universe of Carnival and its popular atmosphere, in the purest spirit of this Nice tradition known throughout the world…”
Other good news: online ticketing for the Nice Carnival opens on December 18 on the website www.nicecarnaval.com So, everyone, click and grab your seats!
