Second-year students of the SAE Institute Madrid Music Industry Program present Mit the music: an event that brings together 20 music professionals to chat about the present and the future of the industry.
The appointment will take place on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Tempo Audiophile Club Room. Located at Calle Duque de Osuna 8 in Madrid, it is the first audiophile venue in Spain that combines gastronomy, concert hall and sound quality.
Given the layout of its interior: two spacious floors, separate tables, one “listening room”And a gourmet menu of tapas and cocktails, it becomes one of the most suitable places in Madrid to get together to listen to music in times of pandemic.
This event plays with the duality of the present and the future, facing these concepts throughout the afternoon; The union of professionals and students, as well as the topics that will be put on the table for debate or the vinyl puncture in front of the showcases proposed by the students.
The day is divided into a first networking pass between students and guests. The first confirmed attendees are Joe Perez-Orive (Director of Marketing at Live Nation), Andres Ochaita (Consultor – Warner Music Spain), Paco Lopez (International Label Manager en Sony Music España), Thomas Crespo (director of the Association of Musical Journalists), Javier Lorbada (Press Officer – Alejandro Sanz International Tour) and Oscar Garcia Blesa (Mow Management, La Hora Musa), among others.
The second screening consists of three young and emerging proposals in the form of a showcase: MAVICA + PBSR, Sara Sístole and Carmen Orea, who will perform in the room presenting their projects to both students and invited professionals.
The day will materialize in a podcast in which the students will tell the experience of the organization of this event and will highlight the most important points of the event, as well as the conclusions reached by talking with the guests. This audio will be available on platforms after the event.
