Your tasks:
as Trainer (m / w / d) you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the practical cross-company vocational training, imparting skills and abilities of the respective training occupation and inspiring and guiding trainees.
Further tasks:
- Supervision of the machines in the practice area and the construction machine simulators
- Maintenance and care or coordination with manufacturers and distributors
- Participation in the development of new training content, possibly also in the context of educational projects

You bring that with you:
- Qualification as a certified construction machine master or agricultural and construction machine master or as a state-certified technician for mechanical engineering or machine technology
- several years of professional experience and construction site practice
- Joy, empathy and assertiveness when working with young people
- Experience in dealing with modern surveying technology
- Technological affinity and experience in dealing with modern PC technology
Attention, You don’t have to be an instructor already!
Applications from experienced construction equipment operators, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technicians, certified foremen or master craftsmen are also welcomed, but after employment requires further training to become a construction machinery master.

The company was founded in 1991 and today consists of four modern inter-company training centers in the cities of Bautzen, Dresden, Glauchau and Leipzig.
In the four training centers, the initial training is in over 20 professions in the construction industry offered.
For this purpose, Bau Bildung Sachsen e. V. has modern equipped training halls as well as accommodation options for the trainees.
The advancement and adaptation training is carried out in the four locations according to the needs of the construction industry.
The inter-company training center in Glauchau is modernly equipped and has a recently opened boarding school.
