“At the stop of the Stoyan Belinov (deaf and mute) school, bus 66 arrived, barely dragging. A few meters after the stop, it stopped. We got on, there were other people inside. They charged us for a ticket, where the bus did not continue . The driver got off the bus and lit a cigarette. I asked other people on the bus if he was driving like that. They confirmed that the bus was dragging for a long time and was waiting for another one.
We tried to get our money back from the conductor and get off as we were not warned about the delay and we are not getting the service we paid for. The conductor rudely replied that this could not happen.
We got off and waited for another bus. Other people also got down to ask the driver when he would leave, but did not get an adequate answer. Congratulations to all Plovdiv public transport users!”
