The Ministry of Public Health reported this Sunday that from Monday, March 15, 2021, people over 65 will be able to register on the website www.planvacunarse.ec to be part of the Phase 1 of the Vaccine Plan.

- You must enter the website and look for the section Registration for vaccination.
- Click on the ‘Register Here’ icon, it will direct you to an access page, you must click the Register button.
- Fill in the required data: identification number, email and cell phone number. Accept the terms of use policy.
- After you validate the data, you will receive a text message and an email with the access code, this may take a few minutes. Do not forget to check the spam or spam tray. You have to place this number on the form.
When you verify your data, check carefully and indicate your province, canton and parish of residence. Remember to confirm that you do want to receive the vaccine against COVID-19. After you have completed the procedure, click on ‘send’.
At the end, your cell phone and email will receive a message validating the registration. The appointment to receive the first dose will arrive in the two ways mentioned according to the Vaccine Plan schedule. In addition, you can check on the website when your application is expected, you can also view and download the electronic certificate that you have already received the dose.
The Ministry of Health has planned that, until April 30, older adults in the provinces of Guayas, Pichincha and Azuay are vaccinated. While, until May 20, the rest of the elderly are immunized throughout Ecuador.
