The legal defense of the PAN candidate for the governorship of Chihuahua, Maru Campos, informed that tomorrow they will unveil all the falsehoods that they found in the proceedings that they opened in against of her for allegedly receiving bribes from the former governor Cesar Duarte.
His lawyer, Paco MolinaHe assured that they will show the judge that there is not even a sufficient minimum for the binding order.
The defender announced that of the 18 annexes mentioned in the file, they are all simple copies and that the complaint, in which a public account is cited, does not even have an audit.
“Nobody bothered to investigate how the money entered, how the money was diverted or through what mechanisms, for the Public Ministry the only important thing was to validate the signatures of what they were finding. In other words, they did not deal with what or how, they just looked for someone to blame“Accused the lawyer.
Paco Molina recalled that something very similar happened with the notary, whom the state government illegally suspended because in an administrative process they do not apply precautionary measures, and with the receipts supposedly certified by him.
“The Public Ministry to validate the documents, instead of going to corroborate with the notary the authenticity of the certification, went to the Public Registry of Property of the Notary Public, brought in experts, seized the notary’s protocols and made an expert test on the signatures. Which leaves much to be desired about their procedures, “he added.
The lawyer also charged that the research folder against the PAN is formed without any methodology, without any scientific technique, without any legal practice, without any harmony and with evident evidentiary deficiency.
“The chain of evidence does not bear any logical relationship, therefore many of them are falsehoods and are claims made without support,” he concluded.
