We Don’t Want To Be Angry

KARAWANGKOMPAS.com Minister of SOEs Erick Tohir visited the Cikopo Integrated Post, Purwakarta, West Java, Saturday (30/4/2021) afternoon. Erick emphasized that he did not come to be angry.

“I am with Mrs. Anita from the Ministry of Transportation. Of course today we don’t want to be angry,” said Erick when interviewed by the media crew.

Erick admitted that he came to give moral encouragement to the officers who work 24 hours, to maintain the safety, comfort, and health of the travelers.

Because, according to him, the officers also left their families to work. Including one of the medical officers he questioned.

“There are three children, two children, they are five years old, some are six months old, what do they have to be here for? Earlier, it was a task. So I think this encouragement is much more important than I came suddenly angry,” he said.

Erick admitted that he shared his duties with the Minister of Transportation. He monitors and checks the toll roads, Cikopo, Karawang, and the Jababeka area. He will also check the rail transport.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi, checked the Merak Port.
