“We couldn’t talk, so we extended it”

Daegu District Court Criminal Division 11 sentenced a 28-year-old A, who was handed over to trial, to 7 years in prison for having his junior kill a gang member who is in conflict.

In January last year, Mr. A, a member of the Daegu’Daeshin Dongpa’, was handed over to trial on charges of stabbing 20-year-old C, a member of the’Hyangchon-dong Gupa’, with a weapon in January of last year.

It turned out that Mr. A was dissatisfied with the disturbances of Mr. C and others harassing the receptionist at his pub and planned the crime.

It was investigated that he conspired to commit a crime against a junior who is one year older than the victim because he feared that there would be side effects such as a conflict between organizations if he was older himself.

Mr. A said, “Try talking once, if not, make it cool.” After the crime, Mr. B reported that “the conversation could not be extended. The work was completed.”

The judiciary said, “Teaching the injuries to juniors to do the so-called’work’ using a weapon, and as a result of which the victim died. The sentence of the older brother is inevitable.”

He added, “The incident was caused by an accidental dispute among the gang members, and it was not planned in advance, and the attack that caused the victim to die was also synthesized by the fact that the junior gang member who was attacked by the victim was enraged and accidentally occurred.” Added.
