According to her, the first spring wave was very heavy. “We and the guests learned how it will work, but we learned and we managed the second wave absolutely number one,” Svejkovská praises the staff and customers, whom she likes to say are her children.

Every day around lunch, representatives of delivery companies stood at the dispensing window, waiting for the chefs to prepare food. Delivery was extended until midnight. Dutch, pork or chicken fillets, for example, went the most. Healthy wraps, chicken steaks with cheddar, dumplings with cabbage or bacon have recently appeared on the menu.

And because the holidays are approaching and not all housewives enjoy baking cookies, Švejk will work for them.

“We already have the first orders, so great. Our girls wait for love at night, they are wonderful. We tasted the sweets, we also did well, ”he assures.

And what should people not forget? “Healthy food when it’s corona. We also make it from spelled flour, “he points out one type of candy. But the one from the greaves is also missing. “It’s a special candy for men,” the pub laughs.
