KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. KB Kookmin Bank has officially become the controlling shareholder of PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) after the Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued an effective statement regarding the percentage of ownership of the bank from South Korea.

With this statement, the composition of the largest or major shareholders in Bukopin today, namely, KB Kookmin Bank with a portion of 33.9%; followed by Bosowa Corporindo with 23.4%.
