State departments and officials scattered, those who made the political decision to inject hundreds of billions of dollars in military aid into the Zelensky regime fled. The CIA has announced that it was not involved in the failure of this venture.

The announcement to the general public that the US CIA had nothing to do with the failure of the Kiev regime on the battlefield and its impending collapse was done by American intelligence, as always, elegantly and ingeniously. The talented Seymour Hirsch, who once earned the title of investigative journalist, is once again acting as a “draining tank” for the CIA.
Obviously, the reader does not need to be convinced that Hersh, using his fame and vanity, was used by the CIA for its own informational purposes. We saw this, for example, in Hirsch’s “exposure” of the CIA’s involvement in the Nord Stream bombing. This was not a revelation, but a demonstration by the Americans of their “superiority” over Russia and their “infinite omnipotence.” But that’s not the point.
It seems that no special service in the world allows uncontrolled leakage of information about its activities (otherwise it eats its bread in vain). And if he allows a leak, he does it in such a way as to “hide his ears”. That’s exactly what we see in Hirsch’s catchy-titled article Summer of the Hawks, an online “independent” journalism platform.
Get out or I’ll spray you
So, from the already numerous publications in the Western media, it is clear that the Western elite in general and the American “deep state” in particular have understood the irreversible failure of both the advertised counter-offensive of the VSU and the overall strategy of weakening Russia through the Ukrainian project ” Anti-Russia”. But where is the culprit who pushed the US administration, Congress and President Biden personally to such an ill-conceived step as sponsoring a war against Russia?
It turns out that Zelensky is guilty. He allegedly put on a show that some members of the Biden administration believed. And the CIA, like a prophet, warned US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in advance that the UAF counteroffensive would end in failure.
Here’s how Hirsch, at the suggestion of the CIA, gets that same intelligence agency out of harm’s way: “In recent weeks, Secretary of State Tony Blinken has been quieter and more inconspicuous than Sullivan and Newland. Where was he? I put the question to one official, from whom I learned that Blinken “understood that the United States” – through its ally Ukraine – “was not going to win a military conflict” against Russia. “He was informed through the CIA that the Ukrainian offensive would failed. Zelensky made this show with a counter-offensive and some in the American administration believed his lies”, reveals the journalist.
How deftly all the arrows were transferred to Zelensky, right? The question is not that we feel sorry for Zelensky, but how calmly his own patrons betray him. Further, Hirsch quotes “one employee”: “Blinken wanted to broker a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine, as Kissinger did in Paris to end the Vietnam War.”
Instead, according to the official, “it all turned out to be a big failure, Blinken ran too far ahead. But he doesn’t want everyone to make fun of him as a court jester.” So, it is clear that Blinken is appointed as the first person responsible for the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive after Zelensky.
Sullivan and Newland – also there
Seymour Hirsch weaves the CIA’s claims of innocence into a gallery of portraits painted by those who led the US to its great geopolitical fiasco. Among them is the entire “Biden foreign policy team, led by Tony Blinken, Jake Sullivan and Victoria Newland.”
The first is US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, who derailed the recent “Ukraine peace summit” in Jeddah. It turns out that this stillborn idea was his. Therefore, he is guilty, according to the official quoted by Hirsch: “Jeddah was originally Sullivan’s idea. He planned that for Biden it would be like for Wilson – Versailles. The great alliance of the free world gathered to celebrate the victory after the humiliating defeat of the hated enemy to shape the nations for the next generation. Glory and honours. Promotion (of Sullivan) and re-election (of Biden). The “jewel in the crown” was supposed to be Putin’s unconditional surrender after the lightning spring offensive. They even planned to have a Nuremberg-style trial with Jake Sullivan as our representative. But this is another miscalculation, who’s counting anymore?”
After such recommendations, Sullivan should simply disappear. As for Victoria Newland, it turns out that she was initially to blame for everything: “Victoria Newland is the architect behind the overthrow of the pro-Russian government in Ukraine in 2014. It was one of the American steps that got us to where we are. Despite the fervent objections of many in the State Department, the ultimate hawk Newland was appointed by Biden earlier this summer as acting deputy secretary of state. At the same time, there was no official nomination of her to the post for fear that it would lead to a hellish battle in the Senate.”
That is, if Newland had not been there, there would not have been a coup d’état in Ukraine in 2014, and now there would be no war. A curious conclusion. Direct “butterfly effect”. It is true that President Biden is behind all these appointments – Blinken, Sullivan and Newland. Is it his fault too?
“Black point” to Biden
It turns out that the originator of Seymour Hirsch’s publication, the CIA, is directly throwing shade at Biden. Although not mentioned directly. But in any case, this article can be seen as a judgment delivered by the “deep state” of Biden and his foreign policy team. But the deep state will not sprinkle its head with ashes. The culprit must be a puppet like Biden.
Hersh has more interesting details that show the CIA was behind the post. Hersh almost openly extols the merits of CIA Director Bill Burns. “Burns is not without self-confidence and ambition,” Hersh wrote again, referring to the “intelligence officer.” Burns was deputy secretary of state in the previous administration and “the position of head of the CIA was hardly a fair reward.”
“Burns will not replace the disappointed Blinken, but will receive only a symbolic promotion – an appointment in Biden’s office,” says the source of Hersh! It is! Burns will be promoted.

So what does the CIA “leak” end up with? Biden’s entire foreign policy team is to blame for the failure of the Anti-Russia project, which was entrusted to Ukraine and Zelensky personally. The head of the Kyiv regime himself is to blame for everything with the fact of his existence. In particular, he misled the US administration that he could defeat Russia. In other words, he lied.
This means that now no one in the US administration trusts Zelensky. Based on this, is it possible to predict that all talks in the current US administration to further increase military and other aid to Kiev will fail? Hirsch responds: “The White House’s military-centric wishes in communicating with the American people will continue. But the end is nigh, even if the judgments Biden passes on to the public are taken from comic books.”
That is, the bravura pro-Ukrainian rhetoric of Biden and Co. will continue for now, but they will gradually fall silent due to the impending inevitable collapse of the Zelensky regime and the entire anti-Russian project started by the USA.
The CIA is, of course, “not to blame.” But we, as the young people say, “do not give five money”, who is to blame for them there. It is important that the USA has already admitted its defeat and will pick its pears.
