NEW YORK, UNITED STATES.-Juan Antonio “Tony” Hernández, former Honduran deputy and brother of John Orlando Hernandezcould be a key witness in the trial of the former president of Honduras, so his defense assured.
The lawyer Raymond Colón, during an interview with Telemundohours after the former president’s arrival in New York City, said that they are waiting for the testimony of “Tony” Hernández, the ace up the sleeve of the accusing agencies, since he could confirm each of the accusations if he negotiates a reduction of the sentences imposed on him and offers himself as a witness in the upcoming trial.
