This error will appear if you buy too much Blizzard Balance on an order or if you try to add Balance to an account that already has a significant amount in it. Spend some of your Balance before trying to add more.
The maximum amount of Blizzard Balance you can have in your account is € 250 or € 110 if you don’t have an Authenticator linked to it. Check out our article on Blizzard Balance restrictions for more information.
