Rigaud: Salle Paul-Brasseur (10, rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste Est, J0P 1P0) from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. . Objective of 75 donations.
It is recommended to make an appointment to donate blood. However, if you are passing by a collection site and are available to make a donation, do not hesitate to check with the team on site if they can welcome you there.
Before donating blood
In the hours before your blood donation, it is advisable to drink a minimum of 500 ml of water or juice and ensure you eat well, while avoiding fatty foods. To facilitate collection, wear loose clothing and sleeves that can be rolled up above the elbow.
You must also have your donor card or an identity document in your possession.
