The Washington State Cougars and the California Golden Bears have been fighting since October 2015 (3-3), but not for long. Washington State will once again host, welcoming the Golden Bears, at Clarence D. Martin Stadium, where it will begin Saturday at 5:30 pm. RB Jaydn Ott went supernova for California when he scored three TDs and 274 yards with 19 carries. One of the most memorable plays of the competition was Ott’s 73-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Ott’s quick performance set his single-game running touchdown for the season.
Washington State is the favorite with an expected 4-point margin of victory. Those interested in the spread don’t face an easy decision as they are 2-0 ATS and Golden Bears 2-0.
