Yesterday it was time for the annual DC fan event, the DC FanDome. Several new trailers are shown and information is shared about what there is to experience in the coming year. Of course, this also includes games, of which Gotham Knights there is one. In this case, the Gotham Knightsstory trailer, which gives us an introduction to what we’ll face if we get started with the game sometime in 2022.
In Gotham Knights Jim Gordon and Batman have failed as protectors of Gotham City. Batman’s former sidekicks Robin, Batgirl, Red Hood and Nightwing work together to protect the city as best they can. They will have to face the Court of Owls, a mysterious company.
Gotham Knights is a co-op action RPG where players can work together to take out the enemy. Seems like a clear DC reaction to last year’s release Marvel’s Avengers. This one seems a lot darker.
