River Plate was crowned Argentine Football Cup for the third time in its history, after defeating Central Cordoba by 3-0 in dawn today, Saturday.
The River trilogy came across Ignacio Scoco, Ignacio Fernandez and Julian Alvarez in the 30th, 67th and 71st minutes, respectively.
This is River’s second title in 2019 after being crowned champion of the Recoba Sud Americana Cup (Super Cup for South American Clubs) in May at the expense of Atletico Paranaense of Brazil.
