Pukkelpop Kwartier has started in Hasselt. For four days, 1,500 partygoers who have a Covid Safe Ticket in their pocket can go crazy at the Muziekodroom in Hasselt. It is something completely different from Pukkelpop as we know it with 66,000 festival goers, 8 stages and more than 100 performances. But many have long been happy that something is being organised.
