Zhang Chengchuan, a forecaster of the Central Meteorological Bureau, told reporters that tonight and tomorrow morning will still be affected by the continental cold air mass. The low temperature in the north of the central part is about 14 or 15 °C, and it will be lower in some areas; the high temperature in the north and northeast during the day today is about 15 or 16 °C , It will rise to 21, 22 ° C during the day tomorrow, and 25 to 27 ° C in other areas.

Zhang Chengchuan said that the temperature in various places will rise day by day from tomorrow, but due to the influence of radiation cooling, the temperature will still be low in the morning and evening; it is estimated that the high temperature in the western half of the 17th will be 28 to 30°C, and the low temperature will be about 21 and 22°C; there will be a wave of northeast China on the 18th and 19th Influenced by the strengthening of the monsoon, the high temperature drops to 23 and 24 °C, and the low temperature is about 16 and 17 °C; after that, the northeast monsoon is expected to weaken, and the temperature in various places will rise again.

In terms of rainfall, Zhang Chengchuan said that there will be a wave of mid-level water vapor passing through South China today and tomorrow. There will be local short-term rains on the north coast of Keelung and the western half of the mountainous area. There will also be sporadic short-term rains in the Greater Taipei area. In the south, the rainfall is not obvious.

Zhang Chengchuan pointed out that on the 18th and 19th, it was affected by the northeast monsoon, and the rainfall area was the northern and eastern half of the windward side with local short-term rain, and cloudy weather in other areas.

According to Zhang Cheng, if we look at it over a long period of time, the next wave of time that is more likely to be significantly affected by water vapor may be on the 22nd or 23rd. Zhang Chengchuan reminded that there are likely to be long waves on the north coast of Keelung, the northeast and the east coast today and tomorrow; in addition, there will be strong gusts of magnitude 9 to 10 from Taoyuan to Tainan, the open coastal areas of the Hengchun Peninsula, Lanyu, Green Island, Penghu, and Kinmen. There are also strong gusts on the north coast of Keelung, the open coastal areas in the eastern half, and Matsu.
