COVID-19 vaccination spokesperson Prof Wiku Adisasmito’s Task Force urges the public not to take any medicine vaccination certificate. The reason is, the certificate contains personal data that can be scanned just like that.
As a result, there is a risk of misuse of personal data that can be obtained from vaccination certificate COVID-19. Moreover, if uploaded on social media that can be widely spread and reachable by many people.
“Requesting that the recipients of the Covid-19 vaccine who have received a certificate of proof have been vaccinated not to upload them to social media or not distribute them,” Wiku explained in a press conference, Tuesday (23/3/2021).
“It is important to know that in the certificate of proof of being vaccinated there is personal data in the form of a QR code that can be scanned,” he continued.
Wiku again emphasized that it is wise to use the COVID-19 vaccination certificate that has been obtained so as not to pose a risk in the future.
“Use the certificate according to their needs, because the spread of personal data can bring risks to us,” he concluded.
