Watch Out! Consumption of 1 or More Eggs per Day Increases Risk …

JAKARTA – Eggs are rated as a healthy food, but a new study found people who regularly eat one or more eggs per day (equivalent to 50 g) are at increased risk diabetes up to 60%.
