Rival-rival Tottenham Hotspur must be alert until the end of the season. Because Gareth Bale now it’s sharp again and ready to advance The Lilywhites.
Bale is on loan from Real Madrid at the start of the season to Tottenham, in the hope that he can find another form at the North London club.
Unfortunately, Bale had difficulty appearing at the start of the season and was always on the bench by Jose Mourinho. Bale even only scored two goals in all competitions until the turn of the year.
However, Bale found a new life after the turn of the year. Starting when he scored a goal against Wycombe, Bale seemed not to stop scoring goals.
Finally, Bale was able to make two goals and one assist when Tottenham beat Burnley 4-0 in Week 26, Sunday (28/2/2021). His first goal was even made in the 68th second, the fastest goal ever against Burnley.
As quoted by Opta, Bale has been involved in seven goals in his last four appearances for Tottenham in all competitions, with four goals and three assists.
He always made goals and assists on two occasions as a starter, namely against RZ Pellets WAC and Burnley. Bale seems to prove that he is not finished and is ready to give his best performance until the end of the season.
“I do need a little training to be fully fit. I feel very comfortable today. My performance is back,” Bale said as quoted by Express.
“I know you always criticize me, but I am experienced enough to just be ignorant, not talk stupid, and try to keep doing my best to help the team,” continued Gareth Bale.
