The Patriots play their second game of the preseason on Sunday, August 20 at 2 p.m. That’s where New England gets down to business with the Green Bay Packers.
Finally, the Patriots play the Tennessee Titans on August 26 at 2 p.m.

That’s why the preseason in the NFL is so interesting: For most football stars, it’s about their future! Up to 90 squad places will be properly screened after the last preparatory game. Only 53 of them are allowed into the new NFL season! So there’s fighting – like it’s the Super Bowl.
Friday, August 11 at 1 p.m.: New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans
Sunday, August 20 at 2 p.m.: Green Bay Packers vs. New England Patriots
Saturday, August 26 at 2:15 p.m.: Tennessee Titans vs. New England Patriots
The new season begins for the Patriots on Sunday, September 10, with the game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
There, quarterback legend Tom Brady (46) is officially adopted in a big ceremony by the “Pats”, with whom he won six of his seven Super Bowl titles.
