Watch Dogs: Legion Preview – ‘So you will soon be able to recruit anyone’

Finally there is the long awaited upcoming third part in the Watch Dogs reeks. It took a while before we even got to see a bit more of the game. After the game was postponed once, we can now finally get started with the game that is all about hacking. Jelle got back on track with Paris and was able to work with the game for a few hours. Expectations were not high in advance. The trailers seemed to be heading in the shit-like direction. Bit Saints Row-esque. Is that feeling correct or does the first play session with Watch Dogs: Legion indicate a completely different approach? Jelle and JJ are going to tell you in this Watch Dogs: Legion preview.

‘Everything, but also everything and everyone can be hacked’

Watch Dogs Legion is set in post Brexit London. Super fat of course, because who wouldn’t want to play a bad ass hacker in this atmospheric English city. But how does this city live in the game? Is it very busy? And can you actually put yourself in the shoes of any NPC? How do you do this, how do you know who to contact and do your actions affect recruiting NPCs? We will get all those questions answered in the preview.

We still have to wait for the game to appear. On October 29, 2020, we can all get started with this title. It comes out for PS4, Stadia, PC & Xbox One. Then you naturally ask yourself ‘where is the next-gen version?’ Don’t worry, Watch Dogs Legion will also be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X at a later date.
