On Thursday, Argentine authorities were forced to move Maradona’s coffin due to clashes inside the presidential palace in Buenos Aires, while clashes with police were recorded in the surrounding streets. A government source confirmed to France Press that the coffin, covered with the Argentine flag and a shirt bearing the number 10, was transferred to another salon in the palace, after the authorities announced that the ceremony for the last look will be extended for three hours. Maradona is expected to be buried Thursday in a cemetery on the outskirts of the Argentine capital.
