Al-Marsad newspaper: An emergency doctor revealed wrong behavior while showering that could cause a stroke and lead to death.

He said during a video clip: “We hear about cases of death in bathrooms, or after a person takes a shower, he goes to his room, sleeps, and dies,” indicating that there is a wrong movement that we make while showering.

He pointed out that when a person takes a shower, water falls on him from top to bottom, but when the water is cold, the body will sense this coldness and the heart will pump a large amount of blood to the vessels of the brain, which are simple vessels and are considered the weakest vessels in the human body.

He continued: “Imagine a large amount of blood suddenly heading to the brain. This leads to the vessels bursting and a stroke occurs, or the person bleeds, faints, and dies.
