Android Authority reported (androidauthority) that Redmi showed off its new technology with the “Redmi Note 12 Discovery” phone, which is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 4100 mAh, and thanks to this technology, it was able to charge the phone’s battery by 50% within two minutes and 11 seconds, and the percentage reached 100% within 4 minutes and 54 seconds.
The new charging technology works with 300-watt chargers, and outperforms the 240-watt charging technology that Redmi previously reviewed with the Note 12 Discovery Edition phone.
It also beats the speeds of the chargers of the Chinese company, Realme, which demonstrated its fast charging technology earlier this month, which can power its new phone, the GT Neo 5, in less than 10 minutes. .
Other Chinese phone companies – including “OnePlus” – have made ultra-fast charging the standard that distinguishes their products, but the charging times for their phones are still less than the last Redmi charger.
It is expected that the new charging technology will appear with some Redmi phones that may be launched in the second half of this year and in a number of new high-tech phones.
