Al-Marsad Newspaper: Content creator Mansour Al-Qathami revealed that he had been subjected to a fraud attempt to seize sums from his account at Al-Rajhi Bank.
He said during a video he posted on the TikTok application: “Oh, quarter, beware, I received two fraudulent messages using the name of Al-Rajhi Bank, asking to change the password. He continued: “The first message came to me, then a call came and I did not respond, then I got a second message and a call from another number.”
And he added: “When I answered the call, the caller told me that we have an ATM card update, and we need the code that Jacques, and I understood that it was a fraud, and I asked him several questions, so he knew that I was focused with him, so he cut off the call.”
And he continued: “I called back on the number, and a Saudi person answered and said that he was outside the Kingdom, and he did not know anything about the first call.” He continued: “I don’t know if this is agreed with them or they have a way of communicating.”
He added, “The bank does not ask for any entry code, and the same mail does not send any links. If the password change message came from Al-Rajhi, I know that your account is with the caller, the username and password, and you must change it.”
