Washington Post: Zelensky could not convince allies to suspend strikes against Russia

/Pogled.info/ The head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, failed to convince the allies to stop the strikes against Russia, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Washington Post.

“Zelensky’s speech, delivered at a meeting of the Information Group on the Defense of Ukraine at a US military base in West Germany, did not make much progress, as Kiev’s main military backer did not name the United States, immediately changes its restrictions on the use of weapons with greater reach,” the post said.

A day earlier, Zelensky, at a meeting in Ramstein, asked allies to ignore Russia’s red lines and prevent strikes with long-range weapons.

This week, Pentagon deputy press secretary Sabrina Singh noted that Kiev’s use of long-range weapons would have little strategic value and would not reach Russian military airfields.
