Warzone: a big bug prevents you from shooting through a window

Infinity Ward responded to a Call of Duty: Warzone bug that allows players to shoot through a window on one side but not on the other.

The third season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare introduced a lot of new content to Warzone – with the most notable in the forme of a mode Squads, an increase in the price of tactical supplies and a new drop on the ground.

There is still much to come, including the Snipers and Shottys mode which has already been disclosed – which has been renamed “Scopes and Scatter Guns”. However, developers will likely need to roll out a handful of new bug fixes as well, as players have found places that are pretty powerful on one side but useless on the other.

The problem in question comes from a building in the district of Tavorsk – on Warzone and in Terrestrial War – which has a circular window overlooking a bus. Players can go through the window from the outside, by the bus, but by firing back from inside the building, your balls will disappear.

After calls for a change, the artistic director ofInfinity Ward, Joel ‘ArtPeasant’ Emslie, stepped in and just commented “noted” on the Modern Warfare subreddit – confirming that the problem had finally been seen by the developers.

However, other players pointed out that the window can sometimes have its own spirit, allowing players to shoot from inside the building but not from the outside.

Some have even gone so far as to say that the explosives – grenades and C4 in particular – could not be launched from one side or the other and would remain suspended in the air as if they were trapped in a constant loop.

However, with Infinity Ward now aware of the problem, fans hope that a fix will arrive sooner or later and that they can finally do damage as planned.

Whether or not the fix is implemented in Warzone before in Earth War, or vice versa, there is still a lot to be seen.
