Criminals are currently targeting YouTube users. As the video platform reports on Twitter, the scammers send phishing emails on behalf of the company. They want to get the user’s data.
The particularly perfidious thing about this is that the legitimate email address no-reply@youtube.com is displayed as the sender. It is therefore hardly possible to recognize the message as a fraud attempt at first glance.
