Criminals are currently sending an SMS that supposedly comes from Netflix. It claims that there was an error with the last payment. Users are therefore prompted to click on a link and update their data. But the link does not lead to the streaming service provider, but directly to the criminal sender. It is therefore strongly discouraged to click on the link.
In this case, the link is NELFLATT.com. The link may look like Netflix, but actually it is obvious that this is a scam. Tapping the link takes you to a fake Netflix login page. It can also be recognized by the URL that reads “Kundepc.com” after the click.

If you were to log in to this website with your customer data, then these would end up 1:1 in the hands of scammers!

Phishing SMS claiming to be from Netflix
Did you receive an email or text (SMS) message asking you to provide your Netflix account email address, phone number, password, or payment method? If so, it probably didn’t come from us. Below are some tips to identify suspicious emails or text messages and protect your account.
How do I know if an email or text is actually from Netflix?
- We will never ask you to enter personal information in an SMS or email. This includes:
- Credit or debit card numbers
- Bank account details
- Netflix passwords
- We never request payment through a third party or website.
- If the text or email contains a link to a URL that you don’t recognize, don’t tap or click on it. If you have already done so, do not enter any information on the website that was accessed.
Delete Netflix SMS Instantly
Such messages are constant and vary in wording, links and even senders. However, the content is actually always identical: the processing of a payment apparently did not work, so you should change your data via a link. The forwarding leads to different things, such as spam, phishing websites or subscription traps – but definitely NEVER to Netflix. The streaming service has nothing to do with this SMS, you will receive such messages – if you really don’t pay – at most as an e-mail, like Netflix itself on its website writes. If you find such a message on your phone, delete it by all means!
