He added that it is not possible to increase the fat in food, emphasizing the need for food to have a balanced amount of vitamins.
Warning against taking medicines and antibiotics
And he warned against taking drugs and antibiotics, because antibiotics negatively affect the immune system, microbes themselves develop and infection joins, continuing: “If someone goes through a health crisis before they think about any drug, we must see the correct diagnosis because it is possible that we do not need drugs ”.
And he continued: “People who have respiratory attacks must consult a doctor to know in detail the medical history and to determine the appropriate treatment for the case”, adding: “We cannot see who is being treated and do the same, or ask on Facebook or look at the recipes.
Respiratory patients should avoid dust and cigarette smoke
And he urged patients with respiratory problems to avoid the cause as much as possible, whether it was dust or cigarette smoke, stressing the need for smokers to stay away from drinking cigarettes in enclosed spaces that have children or are not well ventilated. .
He explained that pollen-laden dust is difficult for a person to avoid, but respiratory patients should reduce exposure as much as possible and not be in open places like gardens during the fall.
