However, it is unlikely that you will actually meet anyone there, as this is a common business model that uses a business center as the address. Its website also lists the address as 1207 Delaware Ave #1771, Wilmington. Despite the address provided, the entire operation is a fraudulent strategy.

The trap often begins with an unauthorized advertising call, known as a cold call, claiming that a contract already exists and now needs to be confirmed. A misleading form is then sent by email. The small print then contains clauses that oblige the client to grant LIVE Marketing LLC extensive publishing rights and to pay a registration fee of €1,347 per half year for a total of three years. This amounts to a total of over €8,000 for what we consider to be a worthless service.
