Gunnar Wiedenfels, chief financial officer of Warner Bros., said during a speech at an investor conference that the success Hogwarts Legacy is just the beginning of the expansion of the Harry Potter universe. At the end of February, it became known that sales of the game exceeded 12 million copies.
Also previously, David Haddad, head of Warner Bros. Games, shared his desire to turn Hogwarts Legacy into a full franchise. Apparently, the company is serious, and in the future gamers expect more games in the magical world.
Hogwarts Legacy available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. The game will later make its way to PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
