During the next few hours, very heavy rains and electric shocks are expected in Guerrero
Governor Héctor Astudillo Flores alerted the population regarding the possible formation of the first tropical storm in Guerrero, which would generate heavy rains in our coastal strip.
“We ask the population to be aware of the recommendations issued by the corresponding authorities since an unstable formation that occurs between Mexico and Guatemala could become a tropical storm and cause rain in Guerrero,” he posted on Twitter.
The state president asked the population to be attentive to the recommendations of Civil Protection before the risk of evolution of unstable training.
For its part, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported that during the next hours of this Tuesday very heavy rains and electric shocks are expected in Guerrero.
In turn, the state Secretary of Civil Protection reported that the possibility of heavy rains in several regions of the state remains, which could be 50 to 75 liters per square meter.
He indicated that they could be accompanied by electric shocks and strong gusts of wind, mainly in the areas of the Mountain, Center, Costa Grande and the mountains. (Agencies)
