Warming awaits us: What will the weather be like in the week of love – Bulgaria

During the weekends – February 11 and 12, the wind will be weak, and in many areas it will temporarily subside. On Saturday, the weather will be mostly sunny, later in the day there will be an increase in clouds, medium and high. The minimum temperatures will be between minus 9 and minus 4 degrees, and the maximum – between 1 and 6 degrees. This is stated in the weekly forecast for the weather in Bulgaria – from February 11 to 16, prepared by Anastasia Kirilova – weather forecaster on duty at the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH).

On Sunday, February 12, the cloudiness will be significant, light snow will fall in some places in Western Bulgaria. Morning temperatures will be 3-4 degrees higher, and daytime temperatures will remain unchanged.

The new week will begin with mostly sunny weather. The wind will be weak from the west-northwest. On Monday, February 13, it will still be cold in the morning with minimum temperatures in most of the country around minus 5 degrees, but during the day it will start to warm up, which will continue in the following days.

On Tuesday, February 14 and Wednesday, February 15, the wind will increase, cloudiness will increase, light rain will fall in some places, mainly in Eastern Bulgaria, and light snow in the mountains. The minimum temperatures will be between minus 3 and 2 degrees, and the maximum – between 5 and 10 degrees.

On Thursday, February 16the clouds will again decrease to mostly sunny weather, the wind will weaken and die down, and the daytime temperatures will rise by another 2-3 degrees.
