Azerbaijan and ethnic enclaves Armenia of Nagorno-Karabakh said there were attacks from both sides in several directions along the lines of contact separating them.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who spoke by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin, said at this point he was not considering asking for help under a post-Soviet security agreement but did not rule out doing so.
“Armenia will ensure its safety, with the participation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) or without it,” Russian news agency quoted Pashinyan as saying. Ruters.
He said he and Putin had not yet discussed possible Russian military intervention in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Russia has used the CSTO, along with the Eurasian Economic Union, another regional bloc focused on trade, to project influence in most of the countries of the former Soviet Union.
Nagorno-Karabakh is a separate region within Azerbaijan but is run by ethnic Armenians and is supported by Armenians. It seceded from Azerbaijan in the war of the 1990s but was not recognized by any country as an independent republic.

do your research before writing the article. Nagorno Karabakh and 7 regions are part of Azerbaijan. Nagorno Karabakh is not part of CSTO, Russia and its buddies doesnt have any rights to involve in this conflict.
In early 90s, 850,000 people were deported from Karabakh and now they are refugees. Just take a loot at Cocuq Mercanli village before and after jn 2016. There was nobody living before 2016, when we returned all the people came back to their homeland!!
