“9861 Russian soldiers died during the war in Ukraine”, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Such data were published on the website of the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper on March 20. A day later, the newspaper deleted the data.
“According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, during the special operation in Ukraine, the Russian Armed Forces lost 9861 people killed, 16153 people were injured,” the article said.
