United States President Joe Biden admitted that he has not yet made a decision on sending a senior representative of his administration to Kyiv.

The American president announced the continuation of consultations with his team on the need to send a representative to Ukraine. Such a step should be a signal of support in the war against the Russian Federation.
“We are discussing this decision now,” Biden replied to a reporter’s question. When asked who he would send to Kyiv, the president turned to the journalist and said: “Are you ready to go?”
The White House confirmed the discussion of a possible visit of an American high-ranking official to Ukraine. They could be Secretary of State Blinken or Secretary of Defense Austin. However, the trip may not take place at all.
