The seriously ill children and young people between the ages of 3 and 17 could no longer be cared for in the Ukraine. They had been temporarily treated in a clinic in Kraków, Poland. “We were asked for support because Kraków had reached its limits,” said the spokesman. The young patients come from different parts of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv.

Russia launched a war of aggression against Ukraine on February 24. There are also many civilian victims, well over a million people are fleeing.
