Then how do you register for UMKM (online UMKM list)?

How to register for MSMEs to get Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM), in fact, some of the steps can be done online (register online for MSMEs). This assistance is given to micro business actors who are not bankable or have not been touched by bank credit.

A total of 12.8 million micro business actors will be awarded BLT UMKM 2021 with a total budget prepared of IDR 15.36 trillion.

Terms and procedures for registering MSMEs online

The process and method for registering UMKM to get BLT UMKM 2021 is by submitting directly to the local Cooperatives and UKM Office at the district / city level.

Several local governments have implemented an online UMKM list, aka filing files can be done online (online list of MSMEs).

Meanwhile, some regions still require business actors to come directly to submit files. Then the agency will convey it to the office at the provincial level and then proceed to the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, Deputy for Micro Business.

The files that need to be prepared are:

– Identity Number (NIK)

– Family Card Number (KK)

– Full name

– Address

– Field of business

– Phone number

Requirements for the 2021 UMKM BLM list

– WNI

– Have a National Identity Number (NIK)

– Owning a micro business, not PNS, TNI / Polri, employees of BUMN or BUMD

– Not currently receiving credit or financing from banks and KUR

– Micro business actors who have a different KTP and business domicile can attach a Business Certificate or SKU.

In the selection process, the Cooperative Office and UMKM as proposers will clean the data of the 2021 UMKM BLT recipient candidates.

Data cleaning is carried out through verification of residential identity and checking the completeness of the required candidate documents. If all the requirements are met, then the application for the UMKM BLT can be made through the local Cooperative and UMKM Office in accordance with the applicant’s domicile.

Register for online MSMEs

If the UMKM business wants to have legality, it can apply for an Individual Business License (Micro and Small Scale).

– Open the page https://oss.go.id/portal/informasi/content/panduan_mikro_kecil

– Login on OSS v1.1 via (https://oss.go.id) by using an account that is already owned (online list of MSMEs).

– Click the Business Licensing button, click Individual then select Micro scale business, click the Micro Individual NIB Registration button. For small businesses, click the Small Individual NIB Registration button.

NIB process and business license

– In the Profile Data form, you must complete the blank data / information. Then click the Save and Continue button.

– On the Business Data form, click the Add Business button -> complete the data according to the business data form -> click the Save button. Then click the Next button.

– (If you have more than one business, before clicking the Next button, please add the business by clicking the Add Business button again and the process is the same as item 4 when finished, click the Next button).

– On the Business Infrastructure Commitment form, especially for small scale you can apply for a Location Permit and Environmental Permit (if required) -> click the Next button.

– In the Draft NIB and Business Permit view, you can see the summary of NIB data and Business Permits that have been filled in and can preview the draft NIB, Location Permit, Environmental Permit and Business Permit -> check the disclaimer box -> click the NIB Process button .

– On the Output display of NIB and Business Permit, you can see the printed NIB, Location Permit, Environmental Permit and Business Permit. You can also print a Business Permit in QR format which contains more detailed data via the Preview Business Permit QR button.

Commercial or operational permit process

– If you need a Commercial / Operational Permit, you can select the Application menu -> IUMK -> Commercial / Operational License.

– Point your cursor and click on the NIB number / Name of your Business Activity -> click the Select NIB button. Then a list of your business activities will appear -> click the Select Business Activity button.

– In the Commercial / Operational License form display, you can select the Commercial / Operational License that you need according to your business activity and complete the required data. Click the Next button and Save.

– In the Draft Commercial / Operational Permit view, click the Preview Permit button to view the draft Commercial / Operational License that you have selected. Click the Next button and Save.

– In the Commercial / Operational Permit Output display, click the Preview button for Commercial / Operational Licenses that have been issued by OSS.
