To open Alfamidi, business partners need to pay an investment fee first. The amount is determined by the type of outlet selected.
The cheapest cost to open Alfamidi is Rp. 750 million for outlet type 60, with a sales area of 200 – 250 square meters with a total of 6 thousand items. For outlet type 80, the investment cost is Rp. 850 million, with a sales area of 251-250 square meters, and the number of items is around 7 thousand.
While the type of outlet 100 requires an investment of Rp. 950 million with a total of more than 7,500 goods. For the record, these costs are outside the cost of renovations and also the place.
The investment fee is valid for 10 years which includes trademarks, systems, management, and supply of goods. Electrical installation, shop equipment, business entity licensing to shop equipment are included.
Then, to open Indomaret, potential business partners need to propose a potential location. The Indomaret team recommends a location that has already been built and is equipped with a Building Permit (IMB).
The investment costs that need to be spent are approximately Rp. 494 million. The details are IDR 36 million for a 5-year franchise fee, IDR 9.5 million for promotion of store openings, IDR 221.5 million for renovation and adding electricity, and IDR 227 million for shop equipment.
Especially during the IFRA Expo 2022 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Indomaret provides a discount for the franchise fee to only IDR 18 million. Prospective partners who are interested can visit JCC and come to the Indomaret booth.
Meanwhile, the cost of opening an Alfamart is divided into four categories depending on the number of shelves. The details are as follows:
1. Type of outlet 9 shelves (30 m2): IDR 300 million
2. Type of outlet 18 shelves (60 m2): Rp 350 million
3. Type of outlet 36 shelves (80 m2): Rp 450 million
4. 45 rack (100 m2) outlet type: IDR 500 million
The capital includes:
– Franchise Fee of IDR 45 million for 5 years
– Electrical installation
– Store equipment and air conditioner
– Cash register and retail information system
– Shop sign and polesign
– Store licensing
– Promotion and preparation of stall opening
Keep in mind that the estimated value of this investment is outside property investment and may change according to conditions during the store opening process.
