Recently, famous artist Raffi Ahmad he again revealed his plans to bring RANS Entertainment so that it can be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Raffi Ahmad expects to be able to execute the initial public offering (IPO) process for RANS Entertainment in 2023. He hopes that RANS Entertainment can be listed on the IDX trading board next year.
“Just pray, God willing next year. It means we try first,” said Raffi Ahmad on the sidelines of the BNI Investor Daily Summit 2022.

The desire for RANS Entertainment to become a joint stock company is often expressed by Raffi Ahmad. One of them was when RANS Entertainment officially received an injection from PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi or Emtek Group.
“Later, for example, if we want an IPO, we want it. We are still strengthening the fundamentals before, SCM will join us, some seniors, shop figures who have also entered, so this is a pre-IPO story.” he said at the time.

RANS Entertainment is a Youtube channel or production company owned by Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina whose corporate name is taken from the combination of the two names.
The company that chose YouTube as its main channel was born from Nagita Slavina’s passion for watching various programs on YouTube. And for him, YouTube is a place where he can freely express anything about television. The RANS Entertainment office is located not far from the residences of Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, which is located in the luxurious Green Andara Residence.
There are many genres on the YouTube channel owned by RANS Entertainment, which was established on December 27, 2015, including Video Blog, Music, Culinary, Games and Entertainment, Religion, Siniar (podcast) and Travel. The initial goal of creating RANS Entertainment’s YouTube page was to capture moments with family, but in the end there was a great opportunity that actually generated a lot of revenue through YouTube AdSense.
Raffi has also seriously developed the business of RANS Entertainment, as evidenced by the partnership it has entered into with PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) via PT Indonesia Entertainment Group (IEG) since October 26, 2021. IEG is a subsidiary of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA).
Structurally, RANS Entertainment led by Nagita Slavina as CEO / Founder. Meanwhile, Raffi Ahmad he holds the office of President / Founder. Since 2021 Kaesang Pangarep is Commissioner and Sutanto Hartono is the Executive President of RANS Entertainment.
