Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) will reshuffle the composition of the board of directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which will be held on March 17, 2022. This is conveyed by the company through information disclosure submitted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
As stated by the company, there are 7 agenda items that will be determined at the AGMS. One of the agenda items, the third, is the change in the members of the company’s board of directors.
The Company said that the changes to the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors that will be proposed are as follows:
- To appoint Mr. Gregory Hendra Lembong as the Company’s Vice President Director which is effective on the first working day of the following month after the Company receives the approval of the Financial Services Authority for the appointment;
- Changed the Director in charge of the Company’s compliance function, which was previously held by Mr. Haryanto Tiara Budiman to be held by Mrs. Lianawaty Suwono which became effective on the first working day of the following month after the Company received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the appointment of Ms. Lianawaty Suwono as Director in charge of the Company’s compliance function ; and
- To appoint Mr. Antonius Widodo Mulyono as Director of the Company which is effective on the first working day of the following month after the Company receives approval from the Financial Services Authority for the appointment.
To date, prior to the AGMS to be held next March, the complete composition of BCA’s board of directors is as follows:

- Vice President Director : Armand Wahyudi Hartono
- Vice President Director : Suwignyo Budiman
- Director : Tan Ho Hien/Subur or Subur Tan
- Director : Rudy Susanto
- Director : Lianawaty Suwono

- Director : Vera Eve Lim
- Director : Gregory Hendra Lembong
- Director (concurrently Director of Compliance): Haryanto Tiara Budiman
- Director: Frengky Chandra Kusuma
- Director: John Kosasih
