With the “yes” to the planning loan, the municipal assembly of Wangen near Olten creates the conditions for the expansion of the school building in Hinterbüel.

As reported by the municipality of Wangen near Olten, 50 voters attended the municipal assembly on December 7, 2022.
Those eligible to vote accepted the 2023 budget for the Untergäu social region and the 2023 budget for the municipality.
Approved the contingency allowance for administrative staff and music school teachers of 1.5 percent.
Furthermore, the residents accepted the loan of CHF 480,000 for the renovation of the heating system and the building envelope of the Alp school.
The municipal assembly says “yes” to the complete renovation of the school building in Hinterbüel
The loan for the complete renovation of the Hinterbüel 2 school building for an amount of CHF 3,745,000 was also approved. Voting on the ballot box will take place on March 12, 2023.
The loan for the rehabilitation of the Rebenweg road in the amount of 85,000 francs and the loan for the rehabilitation of the Rebenweg sewage network (SF wastewater) in the amount of 215,000 francs were also approved by the municipal assembly.
The next step for the expansion of the school building in Hinterbüel has been completed
The planning loan for the expansion of the Hinterbüel school area in the amount of CHF 525,000 has been approved.
The municipal assembly will be convened on 27 March 2023 for the subsequent approval of the building loan; the vote on the building loan will take place on 18 June 2023.
In addition, those entitled to vote approved the loan for the IT project from 2023 to 2026 in the amount of CHF 874,000 and the additional loan for the new construction of the RB 3 rainwater tank (SF wastewater) in the amount amount of CHF 600’000.
The complete revision of the statute of the waste water association of the Olten region was also approved.
The unloading service will be abolished
Approved the revision of the waste regulations with effect from 1 January 2024 and the appropriate tariff schedule.
From 1 January 2024, the municipality will no longer offer the unloading service.
Last but not least, the municipal assembly approved the revision of the regulation on urban compensation.
The compensation of planning benefits in the event of zoning is also now governed by the regulation.
