Samariter Kisterl: Combating Poverty’s Impact on Health
Oliver Löhlein, Managing Director of the Vienna Samaritan Society, emphasized the crucial link between poverty and health. ”Poverty manifests itself in many ways. Poverty also makes you sick. And if in everyday life ther is not enough on the plate at every meal to satisfy hunger, if there is only enough money to buy food that makes people sick, society must join in socially. We are very happy that Wanda and her fans are setting an example with us,” he said.
The Samariter Kisterl project offers a direct way to help. A donation of €30 provides a box of necessities for an individual, while €60 can support an entire family. Thes donations provide not only essential supplies but also a sense of hope and improved well-being.
