Wanda Hamidah | create a scene in cyberspace after submitting a complaint to the insurance company Prudential. Wanda was disappointed and felt like she had been cheated because she couldn’t disburse insurance funds according to the needs of the operation costs of the child who had an accident.
Wanda’s complaint was finally the opinion of the response from the insurance company. Even Wanda was finally able to meet and sit down with the company.
“Well The meeting went well, I have met with Prudential,” said Wanda during a live broadcast on Instagram quoted on Thursday (14/10).
Wanda also talked about what was discussed at the meeting. He also revealed how the response from the company.
“Alhamdulillah, my grievances and frustrations have been well documented and Prudential has promised toreview repeat,” said Wanda.
“Yesterday they only heard from one party, namely the agent, and today they have heard from my side verbally and chronologically. I have also sent an email explaining the chronology of my child’s health,” continued Wanda.
Even so the meeting of Wanda and the company insurance has not yet met the end of the problem. But Wanda hopes to get a positive result and solution best of the meeting.
“Hopefully there will be the best solution, I hope that my child will be able to operate, recover, recover and be able to carry out activities again, because I believe that as a customer it is his right, my child’s right to get facilities, full and best recovery from Prudential, ‘ closed Wanda.
