Walt Disney World Resort Unveils Florida License Plate Logo

Miami, Mar 24 (EFE) .- Car owners registered in Florida (USA) will be able to buy from next October 1 a “special plate”, the first, of Walt Disney World Resort, on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of this Orlando amusement park, the company reported on Wednesday.
“I am excited to reveal the design of this unique (car) license plate, featuring our 50th anniversary castle logo ‘EARidescent’ on a majestic royal blue background,” said Tajiana Ancora-Brown, director of Walt Disney World Resort .
Ancora-Brown highlighted that the logo is inspired by Cinderella’s Castle in the amusement park and that the plaque is currently only available for pre-sale.
Drivers interested in purchasing the license plate can purchase a pre-sale voucher for $ 25 plus state administrative fees, the directive said.
The state of Florida requires a minimum of 3,000 presale coupons before specialty license plate manufacturing can begin.
All proceeds from sales will go to the Central and North Florida Make-A-Wish Foundation, which cares for children with life-threatening medical conditions.
Walt Disney World Resort will celebrate its 50th birthday on October 1, becoming the largest and most visited amusement park in the world, in continuous expansion and with new experiences in its four theme parks to celebrate its five decades of existence.
The Disney World fantasy park in Orlando (central Florida) is considered the largest theme park complex in the world. It also has water parks, golf courses, a sports center, hotels, hundreds of shops, restaurants and numerous entertainment venues.
