The Walt Disney Company announced on the 10th that ‘Disney Illusion Island’ will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on July 28th.
‘Disney Illusion Island’ is a cooperative 2D platform game that can be played by up to four people.
The game follows Micah Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy exploring the island in search of the three books they need to save the mysterious island of Monos. Players can play alone or with up to three friends in 4-player co-op mode. Team up and use special skills like rope climbing, frog jumping, and warm hugs to save the island.
Luigi Priore, VP of Disney Pixar and 20th Century Games, said: “The collaboration with Draga Studios expands the world of Mickey and Friends through a new original storyline, immersive gameplay and delightful hand-drawn art style. I’m happy,” he said.
